Returns, Refund and Cancellation Policy
We operate a returns policy for unwanted and faulty products. Should you need to return any item to us for any reason please contact us immediately after receiving your food. If possible please place under refrigeration preferably under 8oC or if you received an Ice Bag on delivery back into the bag.
Please foodstuffs unused and in original packaging in perfect condition. Our driver will return to collect the foodstuffs and return them back to our production unit.
Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs when returning unwanted goods.
If any of the food delivered is not up to our normal high standard, then with replace immediately or we will refund the cost of the item(s) in full.
Changing or cancelling an order
Cancelling your order. You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours before booked delivery time. To cancel your order please contact the office number on 03309000330 and confirm via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Any orders cancelled with the 24 hour cancellation period will be charged in full.
For our events side of the business a 7 day cancellation policy is in place where by after this time frame 100% of the bill will be charged.
If you would like to amend your order and the order has not been dispatched, we will happily take an order for the extra items and send all items out together. If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot add anymore items and you will be required to place an additional order via out normal booking procedure. This may incur an additional delivery charge.
If the order is delivered in our error, then we will collect as soon as is possible.
